Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hrs, Monday - Friday. All orders placed over a weekend will be shipped by the following business day.
Return & Exchange Policy
* Returns will be accepted within 14 days of unworn, unwashed, undamaged products.
* Email hello@ourpridelife.com placing RETURN and your order number in the subject line. We’ll either refund you or provide notice of store credit.
* Exchanges are accepted of unworn, unwashed and undamaged products within 30 days.
